The members of staff are courteous and pleasant.

This was a last minute reservation and I needed to check in sooner than the 2 Pm check in time. Stopped by the property to inquire about this and met with the care taker who was accommodating and very personable. The apartment itself was just okay. It is an older unit and it showed. It was adequate but nothing fancy.
There was ample communication with the care taker. Two things stood out. One, there were no teacups in the unit. Tried to drink tea and needed to call to have teacups brought in. Secondly the TV mounted on the wall was higher than normal so actually developed a crick in my neck while watching tv from the couch. Need to lower the TV.
Overall liked the readily available communication.
