“The room was spacious and clean. The 2 pools were nice. The main restaurant was nice. The hot water was not really warm in our room, even after maintenance came out to look at it in our room specifically. Our son had a room a few doors down and his hot water worked well. The resort was quiet, and beautiful. The bar's drinks were strong. Our biggest complaint is that we tried to book the all-inclusive when we arrived at the resort and we were told we had to pre-book that. We booked within……

“The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.”

“We had a very good stay here and would definitely come back again. Our room was on the second floor, and the ocean views were absolutely wonderful—such a highlight of the trip. We could also see the pool from our room, which made it feel really relaxing and scenic. The food was great as well, with plenty of delicious options to enjoy. “Parking safe at night, rooms super clean, staff very friendly specially the girl celimar that is at the bar by the pool. She took the time to explain food that we were going to order. Very sweet girl. The only thing about the place they do not have coffee makers in the room. I think that id very special to people like us that wake up at 4:00am”
