The town of Guanica, needs to be cleaned and all the attractions must be restored. This is a beautiful place but after all the natural events like earthquakes, storms and garbage this most be take care of in order to enjoy and safe the environment, this town needs help from the private sector an government .

I love the property and would like to visit many more times. love the food and all the facilities have to offer. the only thing i would change is the bed. it was not comfortable. i didn’t sleep well.

Lobby staff, left in a bag accessories and cream of my face and disappeared from the room and ask at the lobby and no body took care asking for a few days the never call me even that they told me they were going to call me , when I book talk to Lisa and told her I need a king bed she never notified and when enter to the room they where two queen beds, the told me she didn’t notify . The staff needs to have more attention, seems that they do not know to work under with a good customer service with this class of hotel and the high rates at least they would have better service for customers
