“The Hacienda is beautiful! We enjoyed the music during the nights, great atmosphere, and we took advantage of the pool during the hot day. Rosita and the owner were very attentive, kind, and responsible. I will definitely stay again next time I’m in Santa Isabel. ”

“Poor quality of service, outdated, one elevated, noisy air conditioner , poor bathrooms, lack of sufficient parking. Recommend complete overhaul, especially the air conditioner, water in the rooms and more modern bedding.”

“This hotel is more decorated on the outside and hallways than it is in the actual rooms. No hand towels, and the only cover to use was a throw blanket that only covers one person. They painted the walls and left paint on the floor rug. The same black rug that is thru out the lobby is on the rooms. Very stained and gross. WIFI was not available even though they give you the password. The front desk uses a break sign of 30 minutes but you will never know when the actual 30 minutes started. The……

“A good amenity would be that the breakfast were included at least for two . Another thing that I observed was that the pool bar was closed on Sunday.If the reason is for the low occupancy in the hotel , maybe put an employee (at least one) to be around and ask if someone would like something to drink or eat.”

“The room was very nice decorated, but it had roaches. Especially below the refrigerator. The last night one roach was in our bed. I do not recommend this place to anybody. Also the bed is not comfortable neither the pillows. My rating is -0.”

“The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.”
