“Nice historical location. Room was clean, not hot water, AC was ok for just the bedroom, no good water pressure on bathroom. Common areas could be cleaner. Customer service answer phone right away, I recommend paid parking. Street parking very busy. ”

“No hot water. And no privacy. Housekeeping opened my door without knocking!!!! Almost walked in on me while changing my clothes. Elevator dosent work. Had to walk up a million steps to the 3rd floor with our luggage. Also tried calling the hotel before checking in to extend my stay and we called 16 times!! With no answer. Horrible experience. ”

“Good Location. Street Parking. Building conditions needs maintainance . Needs to improve A LOT cleanliness. Found the bathroom with hairs all over and had to clean myself it was very disgusting. All the noises from outside can be clearly heard. Only for one night to get through it.”
