“Pool was wonderful, staff was friendly. A bathing suit was missing from my drawer after returning from in town I wouldn't mentioned it to staff but it's irreplaceable and felt violating so I did. They were nice but of course I left PR without it. Also if you get a room by the pool you will hear very very loud music into the night early morning. It was fine for us as we didn't mind but someone might it was like a stereo in the room on full blast.”

“Classic, elegant hotel with lots of history: very lovely, excellent location: good restaurants nearby and a gelato shop outside the building and the major city square: Plaza Las Delicias is across the street.”

“The property was great; the only thing is we wanted was a broom and mop. But everything else was exceptional !”

“The service is very poor, and the whole building is closed! The air conditioner is very cold! If you are not allowed to transfer, you will be fined 250 dollars. This fine and that fine are simply stealing money. Cheap is cheap, but there are too many other expenses.”

“First off! The view was amazing! The club was amazing the food was as well!! But to top it off I messed my reservation up!! And they accommodated me any ways !! Like it wasn’t a problem!! I’d stay here again”
