Dirty. Roaches. Fungus on ceilings. Poor maintenance. Personnel not properly trained as to what quality service is; NOT a typical 4 star hotel. Don’t get fooled by its name. Money paid is not worth the experience, there are much better options for the price.

In the tower rooms the bathroom was tiny, we had to stand behind the toilet to close the door. No view because the wall was 6 ft and the windows were at the top of the wall (prison like) and lastly, no full length mirrors, other than that its nice.

Dont even know where to start! This was our first time staying here and we had a horrible experience. Our first room had a patio facing the wall but the door handle was broken, the rug and hallway smelled like mildew. Our room was switched and that room had a leak above the bathroom door and everytime you turned the water off after you showered it smelled like sewer. Maintenance came out and not knowing I knew spanish the one told the other after moving the ceiling tile, that the ceiling was full of water! They vaccuumed whatever water was there and stated it was from the air conditioning condensation (which means mold is probably all over). I mentioned the sewer smell and he checked, agreed he smelled it and was going to check some kind of pump to see if it was clogged. We never heard from anyome again. Our last night was the worse, the smell was so strong without even opening the water, at this point we were just packing our bags to leave so we didnt make too much noise, people walk off the street to get in the pool and beach, kids were in the swim up bar area and we witnessed a woman take the diaper off her child and ring the diaper pool side. I had multiple pool side conversations and others agreed and shared their experiences did not meet the expectations presented by expedia.In the lobby bathroom other women shared a disturbing smell in their room and hallway. Disappointing over together, the outside and lobby are beautiful, but ts cheaper and cleaner at the Sheraton.
