Amazing stay, beautiful room, great service, and location is incredible. Highly recommended

Hotel is under construction and looking awesome they still have the same great Customer service is not my first visit. The only thing i did not agree was when you go to Palomino Island how the locals get the best part of the Island and nobody is allowed to go to that part of the Island .I personally think if you go to an Island everybody should have accesa to it , specially if you are visting . Rooms are super clean, a lot of part closed bcs of the contruction but ia not stoping people to have the fun or enjoy other spectacular areas that this hotel has, life music at night is fun and absolutely everybody is so friendly and welcoming..

The openness of everything. When we first arrived they assigned us a room around the pool area which in our opinion is mainly made for families with children rooms were very small and had an odor about them either cigarette smoke or chemicals that they use in the swimming pool

Front desk very helpful and polite. Common area very nice . Our room very large and with full kitchen. We didn’t use it, but our next trip be great.

Expedia double booked the place, not the property owners fault. When I tried to communicate with Customer support it was impossible to speak to anyone after many attemps.
