All entrances with gate security codes, common area to work and leave suitcase before and after check in/out Very close to port and old San Juan. My girlfriend and I just stayed at this hotel and have been talking nonstop about our stay since we left there. We really enjoyed everything about it. Friendly staff and food at the pool was AMAZING. Would 100% recommend this place and will be coming again.

Very beautiful place . Classy and sexy environment . I LOVED the room with the barn door I felt rich or something and don’t get me started on the shower in there. I could not get my man out of there he loves the amenities so much LOL. Def in a good location close to shopping areas and the strip . I would def book again.

Had to run hot water for 5 minutes to get it hot. Daughter took a lukewarm shower. Bathroom has little to hang wet towels and wash cloths so they end up on the floor. Sliding barn door on bathroom does not offer much privacy. Staff has been very friendly and helpful.
