Ausstattung und Sauberkeit sind auf einem excellenten Niveau.Für Personen mit Einschränkungen könnte die Lage in der dritten Etage (kein Aufzug) evtl. ein Problem sein.Dass die Dusche zum Wassersparen automatisch abschaltet, fanden wir prinzipiell gut. “Super saubere und schöne Wohnung. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Leider muss man an der Straße parken. Die direkt angrenzenden Bahngleise könnten für schlaflose Nächte sorgen. Leider gab es nur 1 Haustürschlüssel, aber mit Hilfe des Schlüsseltresors konnten wir das Problem im Nachhinein noch lösen. Sehr netter und Hilfsbereiter Vermieter.”
