“The property has unique views of the area. You can see the whole of Marmari from above. For those who like to walk there are walks around the mountain. It is a quiet part the house placed in a fair plot of land and easy parking. The road leading to the property from the main road needs some improvement and drivers ought to take some caution. The house is clear big spaces ideal for families or even a group of friends. If you are elderly or have difficulty walking this property has stairs……

“Eleni and Pavlos opened their hearts to me and my family and accommodated us in their lovely cottage, the house is two floors and a basement, clean, tidy and tastefully decorated with everything needed for a stay, radiates calmness and within a few hours the calmness affects everyone, the sea at the doorstep of the house is clear and wonderful ( recommended beach shoes because of the small stones, at the entrance to the water, not mandatory) the town with ice cream restaurants and a supermarket……

“My family and I (4 adults, 3 kids) had an amazing time here! The house is lovely, clean, well-equipped, quiet, with views of the magnificent small bay. The beach starts literally at the edge of the enormous house garden and is almost private. I mean, we read the description before coming but we couldn’t believe how true it was! We mostly had the entire bay to ourselves for the duration of our stay. An added bonus is that the bay is protected by surrounding hills and isn’t affected by winds, plus……

“We stayed 10 days in May and the setting was both beautiful (the view, the beach) and comfortable (all modern amenities). An hour from Athens is a perfect distance, both near enough and far enough. Agis and Maria were perfect hosts. While we were there the two other apartments were occupied for a few days but the disturbance was minimal. The wifi is also weaker in the evening (but is that a bad thing ?). Overall a thoroughly enjoyable and relaxing stay. Wish we could have stayed a month.”

“This house is gracious and artistic. The view of Klimiki beach and the ocean from the house is breathtaking and relaxing. Wonderful porches on the first and second floor provide comfortable places to eat, drink, enjoy a fresh sunny breeze, and watch the sun rise if you get up early. The house was shinning clean, with such interesting art objects and antiques tastefully displayed. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you need and more.
