"Room was dirty. Shower curtain had dirty hand prints on it. The bathroom walls had gum wrappers stuck to it and hair in the sink. Hallway had dirty linens on the floor from housekeeping. Hallways had a horrible smell."

"Overall our stay was fine for the price. We were booked for just one night. The initial room that we were given had a disconnected phone, toilet that didn’t flush properly. Switch to another room was easy. We had called to request for an extra blanket and were told there were no spare blankets."
