“This is our 3rd stay at this cabin. Courtney and Rich are the best host we have found. We have been going to star valley my entire life because half our family is from Thayne. We have a group of 12 sometimes 4 trailers, Courtney and Rich have always had the lot cleared to fit us all without even really asking. The cabin is in great shape”

“This is a very well maintained house with so much room and lots of entertainment/ games for both adults and kids. We've rented several homes before and this one by far had everything needed in the kitchen and then some! They have a very nice deck that we made use of almost every morning having coffee and several times during the week, in the evening watching the sunsets and sitting around the fire pit. I really can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our stay and how attentive the owners……

“Nicely decorated, with nice, modern TVs, kitchen and bathroom. Our bed and pull out couch were comfy, as far as beds go. The highlight for me, was waking up at dawn, and opening up the back door, which opens up to a golf course, facing east. There was vapor from a pond and hearing the birds before the sunrise was just very tranquil. I came out, later, to sit and enjoy again, and there was a tenant next door, talking lpudly on her phone and loads of kids fishing in the pond. But that was OK.”

“Karen's cabin is a go to for our family. We love to visit the area and stay here any chance we get. The beds are comfortable, the house is always clean, and there is space to spread out, have fun, and make it a great base camp for our adventures in the area. We look forward to returning soon!”

“Good location to all activities in and around Afton. The furnishings will need updated soon, but it is comfortable for 2 to 4 people and has a nice kitchenette that is supplied with cookware and plates etc.”

“We really enjoyed this stay. The property was very nice and the location was perfect, right on Afton Main Street close to shops and restaurants and driveable to hiking, Lake Cottonwood, and only about an hour to Jackson Hole. The communication was great before and during our stay, and the representative responded immediately when we had an issue with the freezer. Would definitely stay again!”

“We were pleasantly surprised how accommodating this home was for our growing family. We found a pack n play and a high chair and child friendly cups and spoons (which was not listed on the rental). There were a few yellow jackets nearby which we took care of with bug spray that was at the house. I gave this place overall a 4 only because my daughter and I have pet allergies, and there must have been a cat on site because we had to take our allergy meds, but that's not an inconvenience since……

“It was so cozy right when we opened the door! Clean and beautiful. The view was amazing and the area outside to walk and exercise was fantastic! The owners were so kind and accommodating. All questions were answered in a very timely manner! We loved staying here and will definitely be back! We loved that there was a patio and a BBQ.”

“Condo was nice and everything was up to standard. The only complaint I had was the check in process. The property manager never sent the check in email with location or door access. I was able to get ahold of them hours after checking and they told me they forgot to send me the checkin details. Not a huge deal but we had to wait around not able to check in or even know which condo we were assigned. Other than that it was a great place to stay.”

“Disappointed on what the picture showed and what we seen when we arrived. Not very clean. Windows did not have screens so we were unable to open windows to cool the place down. Weeds all around property were over 2 feet high. Lots of spiders and webs.”
