The Saitis family’s holiday home, fully renovated in 2025 with high-quality materials, is a comfortable 150 sq.m. space, ideal for groups of 6–8 people as well as families.

The house features 3 bedrooms (two with en suite bathrooms with shower), 1 additional bathroom, an open-plan living room with a 43’’ smart TV, and a fully equipped kitchen. The living room can accommodate 2 additional guests. It has balconies with views of Mount Psiloritis, is located in a quiet green neighborhood with convenient parking, and is just 2 km from the beach.

The bedrooms are equipped with luxurious COCO-MAT mattresses and bed linens, made from natural materials, ensuring restful and healthy, high-quality sleep. Central air conditioning with independent control in every room (not just individual units).

The private courtyard has been designed as a space of absolute wellness, with a luxurious 5-person jacuzzi, outdoor shower, and comfortable premium sun loungers for total relaxation.

Tympaki is a lively Cretan village that gives you the opportunity to live among the locals while being in a strategic location. From here, you can easily organize excursions to the beaches of Kokkinos Pyrgos, Matala, Kommos, Agia Galini, the archaeological sites of Phaistos and Gortyna, and the attractions of southern Crete, all within just 5–15 minutes by car, and many more.
