"The host Connie was absolutely awesome and so sweet. She was very communicative and responsive. She had the cabin perfectly set up for us before we arrived and was very thoughtful when laying things out for us. The cabin itself is beautiful and very clean. It was plenty of room for us 5 adults and 2 children. Everything we needed for the kids (ages 2 and 6) was already there for us which really helped save room in our car since we didn’t have to bring extra things to entertain them and a pack...

"We had beautiful weather, we enjoyed time outdoors on the deck with a great view of the lake. While we didnt use the bunk house, I could see kids having a great time out there in their own lil fort. We enjoyed our stay and our time in the Alexandria area. I would definatly stay again."

"We had a cute room overlooking the lake. Beds were comfy, rooms were clean. We did enjoy the inside pool and hot tub, the outside pool had more people in it so we didn’t make it out. The lake area has a nice walking path around it. We checked in then went looking for food and found nothing open in the hotel, so went into town and found out that most places close their kitchens early. We ended up at Zorba’s which was really good and worth the 10 minute drive. "
