I I told them that the toilet seat was broken and that the Wi-Fi had stopped working. They responded quickly and said they would get it fixed. "We absolutely ADORE this property! The location can’t be beat, parking is a breeze (you do have to figure out getting to it the first time), amenities are close and everything was clean and well-stocked. It IS on the 3rd floor up narrow stairs, but cute, Cute, CUTE!"
