“Very nice and relaxing stay. Property was exactly as listed and did not disappoint at all! Great location the downtown waterloo and about 30 mins away from STL. Accommodations were great and so was Rika! We even ran out of propane on the grill at 10 pm and it was replaced even before we woke up the next morning. Highly recommended, we will be staying there again! ”

“Loved our stay at Linus' Clubhouse on the river! It was so cozy, clean, with a great view. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and had plenty of board games for enjoyment. We enjoyed sitting out on the front balcony watching boats go by and we did some fishing as well along the bank. Nearby you can by some bait, go to a grocery store, and try a local place called Market Grill for breakfast. There is also Cuivre State Park nearby if you would like to do some hiking that we enjoyed....

“Was looking for a place where our family could stay together and be comfortable for our youngest daugter's wedding. Boy, did we find it. It was a beautiful lodge and they made us feel so welcome. Lots of room and the views were amazing. Even got to get a close up view of the moon through the telescope. It was clean and well stocked. Peter even provided us with fresh eggs which the family loved. Would definitely stay again if we get the opportunity. ”

“This large cabin was absolutely gorgeous and had everything we needed for a nice little getaway from home for my family. You would never know you were in the middle of Imperial. Between the large bedrooms, modern bathrooms, and a very well stocked kitchen, we didn’t need to bring much. The patio out back was perfect to enjoy the sounds of nature and see an abundance of deer. We even enjoyed the lake area! This is our new place to come back to when we have another family function to attend....

“Beautiful, clean and spacious. Really can't say enough good things about this cabin. The hosts are thoughtful and their attention to detail is obvious. We took advantage of the fire pit for smores around the campfire twice. I highly recommend not passing this one up if you have the opportunity!”

“The cabin is nice remote spot yet not far from Fenton where we attended a wedding. There is a long hilly gravel road to the cabins which was no problem. We saw deer grazing nearby. The place is brand new and Christopher Bates was very welcoming and responsive. I would stay there again and recommend it to others.”
