“Beautiful stay with the most welcoming guests we’ve ever experienced. We stayed before Christmas, and Jane and Doug had a sweet present wrapped under the tree for us. They also had great recommendations of local beaches and walks, and we just generally enjoyed hearing about the land and all of the native bird life. Would highly recommend staying here”

“the hotel provided me a two bedroom apartment duo to I was the last person to check-in. It was a short stay. Room is good however without air condition, feeling cold. a heater is not enough for the room. I suggest they should have air condition in the apartment. The reception staff is kind and warm-heart. "房間大，清潔很好。但沒有空調是個大問題, 晚上不方便開啟窗戶通風，因在地上的房間窗戶開啟外面的人就很易進入，擔心保安問題。房間的窗戶不能有效通風。房間只有風扇，晚上會很熱。我發現由數年前開始已有很多評論反映沒有空調這個大問題，酒店都不大算改進，只推說紐西蘭空調不流行，實際上整個旅程只住了這一間酒店是沒有空調。而房間價格是十分昂貴"
