PARKING AND ACCESS:
Park in any vacant spot that is NOT marked as reserved or blocking any garage. We are Not liable for any towing that occurs as a part of incorrect parking. Please be advised that your car can be towed for any violation within our Residential Lease, Parking Addendum, and signs that are posted throughout the property. All visitors must register online. Visitors not registered online and parked in visitors will be towed at the Owner's expense. This will be strictly enforced. If the vehicle is towed, the vehicle owner must contact the towing company directly at Apollo Towing (ask host for contact number). Parking passes will be located inside the unit. Simply place this parking pass inside your vehicle in order to stay compliant with parking regulations. IN CASE parking pass is not inside unit upon arrival, Please contact the Host!
