Las toallas las cambian cada 2 días y el suelo siempre estaba lleno de arena, no tengo muy claro si entraban a limpiar. También se escuchaba absolutamente todo."

Maybe we were the unlucky ones but we were welcomed with unswept floors, non-working toliet with a surprise from a previous unsuccessful flush, dead insects, and no hot water. We had to run the water for 2-3 minutes to get 'luke warm', not convenient for our small children.
