Westcott Bay Waterfront pet friendly home. just minutes from Roche Harbor.

This one of a kind property bordering the Westcott Bay Oyster farm and National Park with trail access to English Camp. Your backyard is Westcott Bay.
New addition: We now own the property adjacent to ours giving you over a full acre to enjoy with a seasonal stream and waterfall. (Be aware there are steep drop-offs on this property)
From the property you can launch kayaks dig for clams or just relax and enjoy the sunset. Very private setting with room to play. (We have kayaks and paddle boards for your enjoyment).
Located at 664 Westcott dr. The house has 2 bedrooms each with a queen size bed and a seasonal bunkhouse. It is separate from the main house (no bath) with a queen bed very private for those traveling with older kids or two couples. Suited for Summertime only.
Great room has sliding glass doors and windows looking over the bay bring the outside in. There's a super comfy couch, chair and bean bag.
We have direct tv to keep up with the rest of the world. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, gas stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster, blender and general supplies.
The bath is a tub and shower combo with a single sink, small but efficient.
There is a covered porch with propane grill, crab cooker and grill utensils. With outside seating for out long summer nights. We have a fire pit ready for marshmallows or hot dogs.
There is a dock that goes dry due to tide. There are 4 adult and 2 kids kayak's and paddle boards. And remember your well-behaved dog is always welcome with an additional fee.
House is not suited for CHILDREN UNDER 5 Due to gas burning stove is the main heat for the house and gets VERY HOT, as well as a medium bank with drop offs to be aware of.
Ask about possible one- or two-night stays. Or last-minute deals!

We have stayed here 3 times and look forward to many more visits in the future. It is a beautiful, serene property. Lovely to be able to walk to Westcott Bay Shellfish Company. We couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else when we visit the island.

Great place and gorgeous location

Awesome beachfront spot for small families and pups. Located on a sweet rock beach next door to a commercial oyster farm. Relaxing deck and in the shade.

Beautiful home, beautiful location

A lovely place for a vacation. We loved the location, as it was quiet and peaceful. The deck was great for sitting outside, and even though we didn’t have the time to use the bikes or kayaks (visiting family), it was nice to know we could have.

The highlight of this property was being in this gorgeous bay & near Westcott Bay Shellfish Co.

Such a beautiful property and gorgeous comfortable house to vacation in, with the location being perfect for exploring the San Juan Island and island hopping to others nearby - we would come back in a heartbeat!

Amazing stargazing and perfect views

This little piece of heaven was perfect for us to getaway for a few days. We enjoyed the calm of the water and the beautiful, clean and cozy cabin. Deb, the owner, was fantastic and we will be staying again!

Another wonderful stay at this property!

This is one of the best properties we have ever stayed in. We love being able to let our dog run around the beautiful yard. The house has everything you could possibly need. We especially loved the evenings by the fire pit watching the seals in the water. Can't wait to return!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this San Juan Island gem! The location right on the beach was incredible, offering stunning views from the house. The property itself is beautiful, with a big, well-maintained yard and easy access to open trails right from the doorstep. We loved having the little dock and kayaks available. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Our dog had the time of her life running around the spacious yard. This is a truly special place, and we highly recommend it!

Great place, great host

We like this place a lot and Deb is a very attentive host. The only suggestion for improvement we have is the bed in the little cabin is very soft and doesn't really work for the one of us who has a bad back.

What a wonderful location! We enjoyed walks in the neighboring National park, oysters from Westcott Bay Company and kayaking in the bay. I beautiful respite.

Family trip

My parents came to visit my partner and I for a trip to San Juan Island. This property was perfect for our stay and allowed us the flexibility to relax and cook at home with the ideal location to explore the island as well. I would recommend this property for anyone looking to relax and enjoy the waterfront view.

Westcott Bay Waterfront

Beautiful and very comfortable house and grounds with gorgeous water views. It’s right next to a National Park and hiking/biking trails. Bikes and kayaks provided (too cold in March for us though). Our dog was very happy there also!
