I have a lot of comments about this hotel. I hope the management will use my experience to learn from this and improve.
First of all , I really appreciate all the hard work the employees did throughout the stay. Cleaning services. Dining. Front desk. Everyone was very nice and kind and I thank all of them. I appreciate them trying their best to help and answer questions or address issues.
The beach was also beautiful and well maintained. This was the best part.
Here are some things I felt could be improved:
1. Rooms towels. I asked for more and each day I stayed, it was not replaced. They only put the original number. Some sheets and pillow cases were still dirty in bed.
2. Fridge was not cold. I alerted front desk on day 1. Someone came to look the first day and they said it’s an eco fridge that’s why not cold. I was offered to switch rooms but i said too much hassle. Eventually they did switch to a working fridge after 2 days.
3. Activities on beach. I wish they put a new /correct board with updated schedule. That would be helpful to plan my day around activities that I want to try.
4. Towel hut was always running out of clean towels and had to wait very long sometimes for new ones.
5. Pools were very dirty/sandy. Very heavy chlorine. I couldn’t go in because of this.
6. Spa- has no official menu and services as seen in online menu not offered. And prices were not adjusted accordingly when I was unable to book a service for my birthday because of this. I also
