You sign in using a machine and you can’t drop your luggage in advance, or leave them there after which is frustrating when you’re arriving earlier. “This was our favorite place that we stayed at in Japan. The host is extremely communicative, friendly and so accommodating. He was at the location when we checked in and gave us a tour of the home. The home was clean and organized. We were really impressed with the level of detail and helpfulness from the host. We would definitely recommend staying there. Especially if you have a large family.”

"地理位置優越非常方便，任何時候隨時想回房間休息都很方便，服務人員也都非常客氣親切。唯獨入住時飯店不知道什麼原因搞錯，表示已先將我們的行李放置在房間內，但我們是一下飛機馬上就到飯店辦理入住，並未委託任何人將行李送到飯店，讓我們非常害怕是否有其他人持有我們的房卡，飯店並沒有讓我們更換房間，這點讓我對5星飯店的處理方式打折。"
