Property was clean and the staff was super polite!

Motel itself was clean and room was nice and comfortable. Night clerk that checked me in was great. Had reservations for 2 nights for a softball tournament for my daughter. Tournament got rained out and canceled first thing on Saturday morning so tried to get refund for the 2nd nights room as wasn't needing the room for the 2nd night now. They WOULD NOT cancel and refund my money for the 2nd night. Even got ahold of Expedia to see if they could get the cancelation and refund and the motel still wouldn't do it. Stayed here one other time back in Nov of 2024 and liked the place so thats why I stayed again. But this will be the last time if I'm ever back in the Winfield area again. Its not like it was 10 or 11 in the morning when I asked about canceling the room. It was right at 9am in the morning. So if anyone has more than 1 nights reservations and if something comes up to where you don't need the extra nights, you will be stuck with them even if its something thats beyond your control.
