"Hotel is old, outdated, and dirty. There were clumps of hair attached to the comforter, towels were stained and smelled bad, even the coffee at breakfast had a funny taste. As if this wasn’t enough, they charged us a hundred dollars more at checkout because their “rates went up overnight.” Even after showing them the email confirmation with the correct rates, they couldn’t care less.
