"Absolutely perfect! Exceeded our expectations! We came to deep creek on a whim expecting a day trip but decided to stay a night and found this place. Scot and his wife were very hospitable. The amenities alone were beyond what we paid. I mean seriously place felt like staying at a family home. To top that off we were served breakfast, snacks were available all day and a boat ride? Scot and his wife truly welcomed us like family. Me and my gf loved our stay so much we tried extending one more night but they were booked right fully so. I loved it. Thank you!!"

"Very nice place. We would definitely stay there again. Privacy wasn’t a concern for us since it was just immediate family in our group.Hot tub was nice.We didn’t figure out if there was public access to the lake near the cabin. We drove to the state park to launch our kayaks and swim.Just a note, there are no actual bedrooms with doors. One bed in the living room behind a half wall and another bed in the downstairs family room behind a half wall.Also, bath soap, shampoo, and conditioner are not provided. There was hand soap pumps in both bathrooms. And dish soap, laundry soap and dishwasher soap pod was provided.There is a nice fire-pit but bring matches or a lighter. We bought firewood but the two lighters in the kitchen drawer were empty. It is not easily walkable to the local shops and restaurants. You have to cross a major road with no cross walks nearby. It’s a short drive to restaurants, coffee shop and grocery store.We had a power outage and called the property manager. I was told someone would look into it and call me back either way. Never heard back. The power eventually came back on. But a call to check in on our power situation would have been nice."

"This was our second stay, and it was just as great as we remembered! As a family of 4, there was plenty of space for us all to do our own thing, but also cozy common areas for us all to eat, hang out, and watch a movie together.The house doesn't feel like a business, either! It feels like a friend/family member has let you stay at their place for a few days. The beds are super comfy, and the kitchen is stocked with all the equipment you could need.You can walk to Wisp (it's literally across the street!), and there are multiple shops and restaurants within a 5-10 minute drive.The best part for me was walking right down to the lake from the back door! Watch the sun rise over the water from the breakfast nook, snuggle up on the porch swing and read a book, or walk out to the water and launch your kayak. Can't recommend this place and it's owners highly enough (unless it's the week we are going! LOL!)"

"Cabin was immaculate. Clean as a whistle. Good location. The only drawback for me was the wisp resort parking lot. When we come back in the evenings we always like to have nightcap or 2 on outdoor patio. There are 4 spotlights that shine on their parking lot which also shine in the eyes of the guests sitting outside at “the View”. For us, it ruins the ambiance. All in all, a very nice cabin."

"The first thing my kids said when we walked in was, "Wow, this is nice!" The place was beautifully decorated, smelled wonderful, and was super clean. The location was great, and having the water access for boys who like fishing was amazing. They actually woke up at 5:30 AM one day to fish; I didn't think 11 and 13-year-olds would ever wake up that early for fishing, but they did! :-DThe tub was very nice; the air hockey table was a hit, even with my 2-year-old. All in all, we had a lovely stay and would absolutely come back!"
