Premièrement, l'hôte n'a pas voulu modifier la réservation comme demandé par mail par hôtels.com que je ne tiens pas pour responsable. En fait à la suite d'une erreur je voulais venir le jour même ( chambre disponible) et non le lendemain. Eh bien non, l'hôte veut encaisser une nuit supplémentaire, tant pis si j'ai déjà payé pour le lendemain. En plus, c'est par un……

“If I could give less than one star, I would. We booked three nights but checked out after just one because the conditions were so bad. The room was extremely hot with no air conditioning, so we had to open the window—only to have insects come in. The bed sheets had holes, the towels smelled awful, and I found something gross under the bed that I’d rather not describe. The toilet didn’t flush properly, and worst of all, I found bed bugs and had to kill them myself. The whole place felt neglected……

The lake and mountains across from it are some of the most stunning we've seen. The water is clean and pleasant to swim in. Unfortunately, I didn’t receive the check-in instructions in time – make sure to confirm them the day before. Other than that, everything was clean, quiet, and highly recommended. “Zimmer war sehr dreckig, Badezimmer und Toiletten ebenso. Nach Beschwerde durfte ich in ein anderes Zimmer. Es macht den Anschein als wird sich kaum bis garnicht um die Apartments gekümmert”

“Die Unterkunft war grundsätzlich in Ordnung für eine kurze Übernachtung, jedoch gab es einige Punkte, die verbessert werden könnten. Die gemeinschaftlich genutzten Bereiche waren eher einfach und nicht besonders gut ausgestattet. Das Badezimmer und die Toilette befinden sich in einem Raum und machten leider einen ungepflegten Eindruck. Auch die Zimmer wirkten etwas veraltet und hätten eine gründlichere Reinigung vertragen können, besonders im Detail. Mit etwas mehr Aufmerksamkeit für Sauberkeit……

“We had a very plesent stay in Vienna. The appartement did remember us on our youth in the 70ies. The cycle trip to and from the city centre along the small Wien river is like a cycle-highway - very convienent. The bus to the metro station stops close to the apartment in the same street. All in all very nice. ”
