“The tiny house was perfect for a bicycle ride from Vernonia to Banks and back on the fully paved rails-to-trails. The host communicated early on that the tiny house is 18 miles from the Banks-Vernonia trail. We transported our bikes on the car rack to Vernonia Lake trailhead, a less busy trailhead than the Banks Trailhead. “The hosts answered my questions promptly. The house was stocked with the bare minimum. Only a few small spoons (I have kids) but five or so giant soup spoons. Enough knives and forks. Almost no cooking pots/pans, baking dishes and other kitchen necessities. I was hoping to cook a meal while we were there. We stayed in December. There was not an extra blanket to be found. Only one blanket on each bed. The house itself was adequate. We only stayed for two nights. ”

“This was not an easy or restful stay. There were multiple disruptions and I had to communicate with the host substantially more than I would have liked throughout the four-night stay. I will not return. The unit was not sufficiently clean.
