"The emphasis on keeping the facility has diminished over the years. For example, there was trash on the floor of the elevator when we checked in. It was still there 2 days latter. Our room door had been damaged and required considerable force to open it. My wife was unable to open it to get out. ..."

"Place was dirty when we arrived. Bed was not a queen was supposed to be shower only but it was shower tub and was 2 ft high I have bad knees I had to go to daughter to shower. Bed and couch both stained oh and it’s right next door to fire station so we got woken up by sirens .As for ac it had a window ..."
