“Our stay was excellent overall. However, we were given a code for the door that did not allow us access to the house upon arrival. The contact host number on VEBO app directed us to a phone number where we had to remain on hold for 13 minutes. Once we were connected to customer service person, it was very difficult to understand the accent of that person. It became dark outside, the porch light was not on, we were tired and hungry. Once we were connected to the host of the house, we were able to……

“Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We had a relaxing stay for the most part and enjoyed the many amenities the home had to offer. The Only complaint/frustration we are had is that the pool was quite chilly yet (which it did say it wasn’t heated), and the water slide, fountains, bubblers, etc weren’t working upon arrival. The owner was quick to get someone out to fix but, problem it did happen again towards end of week. Pool was also filled with leaves and debris and we couldn’t find pool……

Despite the challenges, we would stay here again, if both bathrooms are in working order. ”

“The property was clean and well stocked. It is cozy. We were out and about most of the time we were there and we ate out. It is only 3 min from the main downtown drag which was convenient for us. Our event was at the Crazy Water hotel. The only thing we did not like was the unit had a mini split for ac. The main unit was blowing cold air at our heads while sleeping. We ended up sleeping with our heads at the foot of the bed and it helped a lot.”
