“The property was nice and breakfast was excellent but the pics shown on Expedia alludes to a hotel that does not exist. The pool is not on the property (you can get a voucher to a pool 300 meters away and that pool looks nothing like the pool in the pics representing this property)> So the property was nice and the service great and the staff very good but you will not get the place these pics represent. “Fabulous location and room is exactly as shown We arrived and our room was not cleaned yet. Check in delayed by one hour Dishwasher had all dirty dishes and so I had to wash a few items by hand Water was hot and good flow No noise in the halls and well lit. Towels not replenished in the second day and room not cleaned. Which is something we expected Lastly check out we were told to leave cards at the front desk under the computer which felt a bit weird. When checking in, the staff would provide the breakfast menu for the next morning for reservation and we loved everything we ordering, the bread, the yogurt, meat and cheese selection, we even ordered more and the staff would check the availability and offer the food you like to have more. All the staff we approached speak good English, offering excellent service and help us a lot during……
