“Very good place ”

“It's pretty good in the scenic area. The front desk staff is very enthusiastic.”

“Love the location of this hotel. The employees are amazing”

“We love the room decor!”

“The hotel and staff were wonderful. The hotel is located in the center of the Gatlinburg actives. The perfect location for families and couples. 5 Stars”

“Bed mattresses were good. Parking was good. Air conditioning was not working properly in mid 80 degree weather. Air blower vents dirty had to self clean. Room not staying cool no matter what setting. Room could have been cleaner and not so musty feeling. Not a big selection for the continental breakfast. First stay and probably won’t be back. Price per night of over $200 was not worth it for our experience. We tolerated due to only being there 2 nights.”
