The villa is very nice and clean. It's suitable for families and the terrace in between the rooms is very pleasant for family time and for dining."

We sent many messages to the agency regarding missing items and appliances that did not work. Little or nothing was done despite continual promises by the agency to address the issues. This was extremely disappointing and frustrating. "
