“My stay was from 3-6 Sept 2026, I requested to check out early 4 Sept 2026 witch we did my wife and I. Desk clerk couldn't give me a clear check-out receipt but a receipt for paying one day. Paid at reservation full price for 3 night ,requesting re-imbursement for 2 nights ,did not stay checked out on 4 Sept @ 9am. Requesting re-imbursement.”

“I stayed there with my two dogs. We were competing at a dog trial at the Winston Salem Dog Training Club, which is very close to this house, so it was very convenient. We walked in a nearby park and visited the historic Bethabara Park which was very interesting. Everything was very comfortable and clean. I would stay here again.”

“We had a great stay at this Hampton inn! The hotel is very nice and updated, everything was clean. The staff were friendly. It is situated in a good downtown area, the breakfast was delicious with lots of options and a wide time window. We also enjoyed the fitness center and pool was amazing. We absolutely loved our stay and would recommend to others.”

“Pilot Mountain Glamping Resort was a great weekend retreat for my fiancé’s birthday. Great location. We hiked at Hanging Rock State Park. We really enjoyed the deck with the Blackstone Griddle and fire pit. We had pancakes and bacon off the griddle for breakfast one morning, and hotdogs for dinner one night. S’mores later that evening over the fire pit topped off a great day. Jack was responsive to the only issue we raised and it was quickly resolved.”

“The hotel was nice. The staff were very friendly. The TV’s in the room were outdated. One of the lamps didn’t work and the lights over the bed seemed to have a short in them…when I flipped the switch to turn them on, nothing would happen. But then maybe 15-30 secs later, they would come on. Overall, the room was nice. The beds were comfortable and you couldn’t hear outside noises or noises from the other rooms or hallway.”
