Weekend getaways in Greensboro

It's a beautiful mansion, adornerd with unique and perfectly chosen furniture, chandeliers, tapestry and artful pieces. I believe its a former institution of some sort. The staff was lovely and charming. Thank you for your hospitality!!!

We stayed at the "sister property" (the O'Henry) several times but had not stayed at the Proximity. We tried but COVID or one thing or another led to not making our trip. We had met the original owners and then knew about their transfer to the employees. What a terrific thing for an employer to do and what a great deal for the employees. I use to live in Greensboro for many many years and always thought this looked like a fun place to stay. I have eaten at the green valley grill but had never had the pleasure of staying at the o’Henry. I was in town for a night decided to stay here. The hotel is gorgeous. The room is spacious! It is very elegant and classy..reminiscent of “old money”. I would stay again if ever given the opportunity

Great communication with the host and had wonderful breakfasts during my stay. Place was a large older home in a historic neighborhood within walking distance of downtown. Thank you for the great stay!

We enjoyed our stay all the amenities were great. The staff was very accommodating. Hannah was amazing! My kids enjoyed our staycation with friends.

The stay was fine and the staff were very friendly, respectful and accommodating. However, the breakfast was by far the worst "free" hotel food experience I have ever had. The eggs must have been made from either a dehydrated for or very over processed and not edible. Same for the turkey bacon, it tasted like plastic. The "berry compote" was just previously frozen berries placed in a bowl to defrost. My son and I had to pick up breakfast on the way to our event, away from the hotel. My...

very friendly and accomodating staff....the breakfast set up certainly was not conducive to diabetic clients; the commode seat is broken in room 302.....broken on our arrival.....will refer and stay again!!!

This was my first time staying in a Drury Inn, and I am hooked! The personnel rocks! They are all so friendly and upbeat. The Kicked Back evening social time was my dinner! It was nice to have a meal and enjoy a glass of wine--included in my room price. Breakfast was abundant, and popcorn is always available. The rooms and hotel are very clean and well appointment. Great mattress! The only negative about this hotel is its location. It's right off the interstate near many great eateries, but...

We booked this room by mistake thinking it was another Courtyard by Marriott. Much to our surprise we stayed at this Courtyard and were very happy with our mistake. Close to I-40 without the traffic congestion that we had delt with before. The room was beautiful, clean, quiet, the staff was very helpful and nice. Will stay here from now on when visiting!!!

Very nice hotel.

We came from California for a family wedding. The staff was very friendly, polite and welcoming. No complaints nothing bad to say about this place. The morning breakfast was well stock and food was fresh, well cooked, and clean area to eat.

Great stop after a day on the road. We checked in and we're told complimentary appetizers and drinks were being served and the entire lobby smelled of fresh baked cookies. Very welcoming.
