“Had booked a King room with request for 1st floor due to my husband having mobility issues and me with bad knees. When checking in was told that room was not available and the only King "left" was on the 2nd floor which meant going up steps. We managed to do it the nights we were there but it was difficult. The breakfast was very good and all in all the room was good. Only negative thing is the room on the 2nd floor. It was not accommodating.”

My daughter & I got ready in the dark & the front desk clerk simply added us to the list & said, Well, we don’t have anyone around, so we’ll see…. Not my idea of customer care. ”

The food service manager was delightful. She was welcoming to everyone, but not overbearing, and made sure customers were satisfied.”
