This cozy, modern A frame cottage has many amenities for you to relax and enjoy your vacation to Glen Arbor and Sleeping Bear Dunes National Park. Located approximately 1/3 mile from restaurants, shops, the grocery store, township park, and multiple wineries and 2 miles from Sleeping Bear Dunes and Lake Michigan Beaches - it doesn't get any better than this! ARE YOU ON VACATION? Enjoy the outdoors in and around Glen Arbor all day, then come back to enjoy all the comfortable amenities of Ridge Point, including firepit, board games, smart TV, air conditioning, and an electric fireplace. There is a full kitchen for preparing meals. A dishwasher and washer and dryer make life on vacation a little easier. The location is perfect. It is a several block walk from downtown Glen Arbor restaurants and lake Michigan. The house is located near an entrance to the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail with a short bike ride to Glen Haven. The property had everything we needed. We enjoyed meals both around the large island as well as on the outdoor patio. Located just outside of the Glen Arbor town, we were able to walk everywhere we needed including the park, grocery store, Crystal River Outfitters, River Club, the grocery store, and all the fun shops. The only "warning" I would have for future visitors is that the property uses well water which our kids did not care for at all. We vacation in Glen Arbor every year and this time we picked a new rental. We were thrilled with our choice. Not only was the house clean and welcoming it was literally right next door to downtown. We have a 10 month on daughter so having the park be less than a 5 minute walk and the beach being a 10 minute walk was perfect! We also loved how dog friendly the home was. They had a leash, poop bags, and dog bowls to welcome Ginger. The host was also amazing with communication. We had a minor thing that needed to be fixed at the house and it was done within 1 day. We also stayed for 2 weeks and they had the cleaning company come by after 1 week to change the bedding/towels and freshen up the place. We truly appreciated it! It’s a small space but works well. I stayed here with my teenage son. The location is perfect; a short walk to everywhere in town.
