It was the perfect size for our family of 4\. The property had everything we needed. We enjoyed meals both around the large island as well as on the outdoor patio. Located just outside of the Glen Arbor town, we were able to walk everywhere we needed including the park, grocery store, Crystal River Outfitters, River Club, the grocery store, and all the fun shops. The only "warning" I would have for future visitors is that the property uses well water which our kids did not care for at all. The house was new and easy to find. The location is perfect. It is a several block walk from downtown Glen Arbor restaurants and lake Michigan. The house is located near an entrance to the Sleeping Bear Heritage Trail with a short bike ride to Glen Haven. We vacation in Glen Arbor every year and this time we picked a new rental. We were thrilled with our choice. Not only was the house clean and welcoming it was literally right next door to downtown. We have a 10 month on daughter so having the park be less than a 5 minute walk and the beach being a 10 minute walk was perfect! We also loved how dog friendly the home was. They had a leash, poop bags, and dog bowls to welcome Ginger. The host was also amazing with communication. We had a minor thing that needed to be fixed at the house and it was done within 1 day. We also stayed for 2 weeks and they had the cleaning company come by after 1 week to change the bedding/towels and freshen up the place. We truly appreciated it! Accommodations were great and as advertised. Everything about the home looked new and well maintained. Owners even provided coffee, filters, creamer, extra pods to wash dishes and trash bags, along with some additional perks. Had the pleasure of meeting the owner who was getting another residence in order on the property, very friendly. Definitely a great place to stay and felt very comfortable. ##### Laurita B.
