Brand new Duplex in Palm Beach, Gold Coast. 150m to the iconic Talle Creek. 500m to the beach and Talle Surf Club. Burleigh Heads, through the beautiful headlands nature walk is a relaxing 30 minutes, with photographic views of Coolangatta to Surfers Paradise. The house has 3 bedrooms. Beautiful new kitchen and lounge with all new appliances. Patio space with outdoor kitchen and BBQ. Laundry with new washer and dryer. Single carport. All in a very quiet street. It is a smoke free area. Sorry No Schoolies
