Well-presented family home offering the dream waterfront lifestyle. Large open plan single level with water views from all living and dining areas. Enjoy all year round entertaining from the outdoor alfresco area equipped with kitchen, inbuilt wine fridges and barbeque. Private and quite, located within one of Broadbeach Waters most tightly held cul-de-sac streets.
Plenty of room for the whole family and only a stroll to Pacific Fair, Star Casino and Light Rail . Also has its own pontoon and private sandy beach. This property also has its own private pool and basketball court which is has floodlights for night games.
