"Rugen rentalWe were very disappointed with our rental experience. The house was very cold when we arrived although the heat was on. It appeared the house had not been occupied for some while, and the in-floor heat had only recently been turned on (perhaps the morning of our arrival?) and it took 2 days for the house to warm up. "We went to Rügen together with my in-laws, we were five grown-ups and four kids. All and all the house and surroundings were lovely. The house is super cute, and have all the stuff you need. Bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well stocked. Worth pointing out: 1.The house is not actually by the sea. Maybe we read the house listing sloppily, but we all got the impression that the house was really close to the beach. It's actually a 15 minute walk. However - when you get there it's fantastic!...

"The house is beautiful, spacious and very nicely decorated. We used the pool/yoga house almost every morning. Its a great spot to start the day with a great view of the pool and backyard. Management was quick to respond when we had questions. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood of vacation home yet close to the beach. Downtown with its shops can easily be reached on foot or bikes (several come with the house). Overall, we had a great vacation and would highly recommend this rental."

"Schimmel, Dreck und dringend nötige Renovierungsarbeiten Bedauerlicherweise war unser Zimmer sehr abgelebt und dreckig. Das Bad war stark verschimmelt. Das Reinigungspersonal hat das Zimmer auch während unseres Aufenthalts nicht sorgfältig gereinigt. Die Fotos zeigen den Zustand der Räumlichkeiten exemplarisch. Der im Zimmerpreis enthaltene Zugang zur Splash-Therme konnte nur wenig über den Zustand des Zimmers hinwegtrösten. Denn auch die Therme müsste dringend renoviert werden."
