"Amazing private space! We loved the decor and the little details. The guest info book was very helpful and interesting. We spent the mornings on the deck looking at birds and squirrels. A flock of wild turkeys walked past the cabin. Stars were super bright at night with dark skies. This place is the perfect little escape! Thank you! "

"We really loved the property. Especially the lake that was on the property that came with life jackets and water sports equipment. It really allowed us to enjoy the full extent of the property. Only gripe is I believe the property listed there were 3 full bathrooms and in reality there were two and a half bathrooms. We made it work but it would have been nice to know there was a half baths. Schedule shower time for big groups!"

"Perfect! That is the best way to describe our stay. We celebrated our 25th anniversary with a stay at Doc’s Lakeside Cabin. We only need two things for a get away to be enjoyable. 1. Clean accommodations. 2. Peaceful quiet solitude. Doc’s cabin did not disappoint. The cabin was immaculately clean to a level we’ve not experienced in a rental. The serenity of the screened-in deck in the morning with the sounds of nature cannot be described. What a great way for us to celebrate our life together and restore our souls and unwind from the craziness of everyday life. We will be back. "
