Very basic. Not a great value for your dollar. Afternoon check in staff member very helpful, the next morning for check out couldn't care less. Breakfast was less than average; no yogurt, fresh fruit, hardboiled eggs. Dry cereal and a waffle machine. Coffee was like warm water.

No information provided at check in. Did'nt like being placed on 2nd floor with no easily available elevators. Had to carry my heavy luggage up the stairs. Were there no 1st floor rooms available that would have made life easier for your patrons? Attempts to reduce costs are very evident. You can find no thinner plastic cups or paper cups for coffee. Water pressure in the bathroom sink was so high it blew the flimsy plastic cup out of my hand on several occasions. Having glass drinking & coffee cups would not put you out of business. Shampoo was watered down & doesn't even lather. This is an average hotel. Nothing special to look forward to. Toilet did not adequately flush. Contractors that made updates were not adequately skilled based on the work I observed. This hotel does not warrant the very good rating it has online. I'm sure I can find a cheaper alternative that is as good or better next time I am passing through the area to just spend the night. There were very few cars in your parking lot. No one utilized the pool, and only a few people showed up for the continental self serve breakfast. You can do better if you want people to enjoy their stay at your Hotel.

Air conditioning worked parking was fine and the staff was really great ! Our rooms had new towels and beds was made and when I asked for towels and new keys I got them without a problem ! Thank u guys again I book here everytime I come back home !
