“This place was perfect for a small family at a resonable price. It was clean and the communication with the host was phenomenal. The extra amenities like the hats, bag, beach chairs and umbrella were a nice addition touch. The view fromthe balcony was amazing and couldn’t have asked for easier access to the beach without being on the beach.”

Read instructions regarding parking very carefully upon receiving the email and a text message from a host. There is an additional gated 3-level parking across the street. “Very clean and upgraded.. One block to the beach and even with Bike Week, the neighborhood was quiet. Especially these days, safety has become a big concern of ours and this definitely passed the test. Everything was well stocked and the front porch was awesome! Only thing missing was a couple of hammocks out there and we probably would have never left the unit LOL. Will definitely keep this unit in mind for future visits.
