“The property was very clean and inviting. Checking in and out was simple, and the house is in a great location that felt safe. The only issue we had was the coffee maker not being fully functional. There was another family (possibly caretakers of the home?) that were also staying in the house downstairs behind locked doors, which we weren't expecting. Overall it wasn't an issue, but there were times that we heard them and it was very confusing to us at first, as we were unaware of others staying……
