“We had a wonderful stay for my daughter’s graduation weekend. The place was very clean and the host was extremely responsive. Equipped with everything we needed. Lots of space for a group to spread out. Great deck with ocean views. Big yard and lots of parking. Perfect for a family or group of friends. We would stay again.”

“The location of this house was our favorite feature - it was convenient to downtown Newport and walkable to Easton’s beach. The listing said it was equipped for 5 guests, with a trundle bed and pull out coach in addition to the main bed. There were no linens for the trundle or pull out coach. On our second night, we were unable to get the air conditioning to turn on, and the space was very humid and warm. We could not get the tv to turn on, which wasn’t a big deal to us but slightly……

“Considering the nightly rate I expected to have basic supplies in the house. There was a quarter roll of toilet paper in each bathroom with no extras, a quarter roll of paper towels in the kitchen with no extras, no dishwasher detergent, enough charcoal for one meal and the queen bed upstairs has nasty disgusting stains all over it. I didn’t notice this until I stripped the bed the day we left. I would have put blanket between me and the mattress if I had known. We had a dog and they asked……
