"Wir wurden vom Gastgeber bei unserer Ankunft sehr freundlich begrüßt. Das Apartement ist sehr gemütlich und mit viel kuschligen Decken und Kissen liebevoll eingerichtet. Alles war sehr sauber und geschmackvoll. In der kleinen Küchenzeile findet man alles was man braucht, sogar ein Geschirrspüler ist vohanden. "Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Kinder hatten viel Platz zum Spielen, die Lage ist wunderbar im alten Dorfkern; einzig die Treppe ins Obergeschoss, wo ein Schlafzimmer und ein großes Bad waren, ist nicht kindersicher, und auch wir Erwachsenen mussten vorsichtig sein beim Abstieg.Es ist dennoch ein Schmuckstück, sehr kuscheliges und verwunschenes Ambiente, mit tollen Ausflugsmöglichkeiten."

"The concierge seemed very annoyed to help us, especially when we didn't know German. He kept throwing up his hand and said no English and I don't know. I tried to use a translator app but he didn't want to use it..instead he asked the guests behind us to translate. It felt very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. It was a shocking experience for us. We have never experience such an inappropriate interaction before. It left a bad impression for us. This is not the best hotel to visit if you don't speak German or want friendlier service. "
