Unfortunately, this hotel failed us on the most critical element - a good nights sleep. At a minimum hotels should have comfortable, clean bedding. In this case, the pillows weren’t even pillows, not sure what they were. They were small, hard foam things that were incredibly uncomfortable. The sheets had been washed but had some stains. The other problem was the air conditioner which cycled on & off all night, noise - no noise, noise - no noise. It was not possible to keep it running so that the sound was at least even. Neither of the people in our party slept more than a few hours. In addition, the sink in our bathroom was cracked, the toilet not cleaned well and there were stains in the tub. Other than that, the lobby was neat, clean and in excellent condition. The staff was nice & attentive and the breakfast had plenty of choice. The location of the hotel was close to Cornell University making it convenient for a visit.
