I'll stick to Hilton's brand and will not be visiting a Best Western again. Drain flies in the bathroom, popcorn ceiling peeling/hanging about to fall on us, dirty, old and dingy conditions, no vent in the bathroom, filthy ceiling fan, shower curtain too narrow - didn't reach both walls, terribly uncomfortable beds with no cushioning so you feel every spring, don't have fitted sheets for the pull out sofa, all hotel doors to the outside were left unlocked. Staff was friendly and attentive. Breakfast was good.

Our room was dirty, trash over flowing the whole weekend, the ice machines were out of ice and in standing water, there were mosquitoes in our room, dead ones on our towels, spider webs everywhere, musky smell, dirty bathroom floor, dirty walls, dirty carpet, AC barely cooled, one of the employees in charge of washing linens sat out side our hotel wing and chain smoked in a desk chair and the two cleaning ladies pushed a toddler around in a linen basket on wheels and let her play in the bathtub of the rooms they were “cleaning”. DO NOT STAY HERE! We checked out early despite loosing money on the last night of a non-refundable stay. However… especia was wonderful and did the right thing. They gave us a credit which allowed us to change to a new hotel at no cost to us. THANKS EXPEDIA!

Place is cute in the lobby until you start walking towards the rooms, it smells in the hallway, one door where the ice machine is remained opened all night with something holding it open. Rooms carpet are super dirty because I walked barefoot once in the room and my feet got black underneath. Tv is old and remote didn’t work well. I called room service to bring 2 extra quilts because the one on the beds were thin, when my sister when in the shower to take a shower the shower part was not working and the water that came down got stuck in the tub. We called front desk a guy came to look at it, said he could not fix it because is something that happens a lot and we’d have to wait for maintenance the next day or the other. No one asked if we were ok, we could not take a bath during that stay. We were not offered another room. No one even contacted us for anything. No refund, no discounts, no apologies. Do stay here, not worth the money. Service is horrible, when asked what’s around to go eat or see no one knew anything.

The hotel is a normal Best Western, it is what we needed for a family doing a college tour at Cornell. It was very convenient for our family. The receptionist Stephanie was outstandingly helpful and friendly and really deserves praise for helping us with some issues. Our children enjoyed the breakfast and the pool. The one thing that the hotel needs is a big sign from the street; of course we found it with google maps, but it could be made more visible.
