The staff is very friendly and offered wonderful restaurant suggestions. Rooms were clean and well maintained, shower was hot, bed was comfy, breakfast was a typical continental buffet. Parking is ample and free.

Hotel is in a good location and staff was welcoming. Room was clean but somewhat outdated. Shower water pressure was extremely low and unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, it had a very negative impact on the overall stay.

I had 2 rooms, one room had a bad odor. I spoke with the front desk and they took care of it immediately. They gave us a different room. Front desk staff was great, very pleasant and helpful.

The hotel was not what I expected, the breakfast buffet was barely stocked a comment was made by a staff member that they keep minimal out due to the sports teams that come through. I was on the 3rd floor and the carpets clearly had not been vacuumed in a long time. The garbage in the hall by the elevators were overflowing and not emptied during my 2 day stay. I chose this hotel and paid more to stay here compared to other hotels expecting a clean and comfortable stay.

I really enjoyed our stay and the staff was pleasant and informative about the nearby attractions and what to avoid. The stay was pleasant with good breakfast and parking availability. Worth booking for your stay!

Completely mediocre. Booked through Expedia so obviously they gave us one of their worst rooms. We were essentially in the lobby. Room was in rough shape. Peeling wall paper stains on carpet and what looked like a blood stain on the top sheet. Under staffed… Front desk staff were folding sheets in the laundry service and making / serving the continental breakfast. Therefore breakfast was chaotic, out of everything. Guest were actually helping the staff replenish the food and cutlery. Overall I don’t expect a lot from a small town Best Western but this was a poor stay.
