Hotel is in a good location and staff was welcoming. Room was clean but somewhat outdated. Shower water pressure was extremely low and unsatisfactory. Unfortunately, it had a very negative impact on the overall stay.

This hotel is the absolute worst! Don't be fooled by the outside appearance. The rooms and hallways are very old and outdated. We found bugs and spiders in the room, filthy dirty towels, some with holes in them. Dirty stained sheets, and large amounts of dust everywhere! Incompetent people running the front desk and had to wait over 3-hours to check in because the person didnt know how to log into the reservation system, lied and said the computers were down. We had a 3-night reservation and asked for a refund for the 3rd night 24 hours in advance, checked out early but they still charged the full 3-day amount for the stay. Absolutely disgusting!

Just stayed here for a quick overnight. Location was ok—there is a mini golf place next door and major shopping within a 5 minute drive. Room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was VERY basic—mandarins, yogurt, cereal, bread/toast, bagels, muffins, eggs, sausages, and waffle maker.

Called in the morning asking for a late checkout the next day and was refused by the male staff member. The female staff member we checked in with was great. We had a problem with the first room smelling like smoke and musky and she was able to switch us out to another one no problem. Beds were ok and grounds were maintained but the hotel could use updating.
