The history and charm of the Chateau could quickly be felt upon arrival and did not disappoint for the rest of our stay! Take the metro down to the waterfront where ,at Ouchy, there are old beautiful restored steamers to Montreux, Chillon Castle and Thonon-les-Bains with great views of the lake and Alps.
