We enjoyed our stay here. It was quite close to a pedestrian shopping street. The room was comfortable and clean.
The rest of this review comes from the perspective as an American traveling abroad. Europeans would probably find this to be a pretty normal hotel setup.
I guess I missed that the hotel is situated on a walking street and that there is no way to unload without parking in a nearby garage. It took me several loops around the block to find the public parking garage.
We were also surprised to be met with a flight of stairs from the street to the lobby. And another spiral staircase up to our room. It was fine for us and there did seem to be a carrier to haul luggage up the stairs. Older vacationers might want to check on this before booking their stay.
Even with surprises, the hotel was charming and quiet considering that it is conveniently located on a street full of restaurants and bars.
