"We booked the apartment for one night and received a confirmation. When we arrived they said they were all booked out and we did not have a room. The staff stated that we needed to call in advance that we are coming and have another confirmation with the staff. "

"L’hygiène de l’appartement laisse vraiment à désirer. Le linge de lit n’avait visiblement pas été lavé et les serviettes étaient dans le même état. J’ai dû faire appel à une femme de ménage et acheter de nouvelles serviettes. La cuisine était dans un état de saleté tel qu’elle était inutilisable, et il n’y avait même pas de bouteilles de gaz.
