Let yourself be tempted by a stay in Le Guilvinec, in southern Finistère, by this welcoming and modernised apartment, well located and well-equipped, with its seaside spirit decoration.
This apartment, classified 3* in furnished tourist accommodation, offers comfort, under-roof, located 300 metres from the Grève Blanche beach, 800 metres from the town centre and port, will allow you to fully enjoy holidays between walks, swimming, rock pooling or seafood tasting, with family or friends.
Located on the first floor of a house, it is designed to accommodate 4 people and has a shared garden.
The main living area consists of a friendly TV lounge area and a pleasant equipped kitchen that will allow the whole family to gather around a good meal, at a large central dining table, and to relax, with its sofa.
The kitchen, fully equipped, is ideal for preparing good little dishes thanks to its induction hobs, traditional and microwave oven. It is also equipped with a combined fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and two coffee makers, one filter and one Senseo pod.
You will have 2 bedrooms, each with 1 Queen size 160x200 cm bed.
A bathroom with a bathtub fitted with a large basin and an independent WC complete the floor.
For your comfort, you will have a washing machine, tumble dryer and hair dryer at your disposal. The house has Wifi access, a Blu-ray player with Netflix.
For your peace of mind, the garden path allows for a parking space.
